"Battery lasts way longer than I thought"
I’ve been using it every day and the battery is still holding up really well. I only have to charge it every few days, which has been a nice surprise. The whole process was easy too, so overall I’m really happy with it

"Pretty comfy and fits well"
I bought this from xmpow.com and I’m happy with it so far. The fit seems just right, not too tight, but not loose either. I wore it for a few hours and kind of forgot I even had it on, which is always a good sign. Overall, it’s comfortable and I’d probably buy it again

"I got my order in about a..."
I got my order in about a week, which was decent. The tracking was okay, not amazing, but it did the job. The box showed up with a small dent, so I was a little annoyed at first, but the item itself was fine. Not perfect, but I guess I can’t really complain too much...

"Broke way too fast"
Like I said, this thing broke way too fast. It feels like cheap plastic, and it stopped working after just two days. Like I said, I really wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but I did expect it to last longer than that

"Sound is alright, but nothing special"
Ive been using these for everyday stuff and the sound is decent enough. The bass feels a little weak though, and voices can sound kind of flat sometimes. Its not a bad deal for the price, I just thought it would have a bit more clarity.

"I had to return my headset after one..."
I had to return my headset after one side stopped working. The return process itself wasn’t too bad, and the instructions were fairly easy to follow. Support was polite enough in their replies, but the slow response time made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be. The warranty did get sorted out eventually and they sent me a replacement, which I appreciate. I just wish the communication had been quicker and a little clearer along the way.

"Nice headset for the price"
I picked up a headset from here after my brother mentioned he’d had a good experience, i’m glad I did. It works well, feels decent to use, and ended up costing less than I expected. Happy with the purchase overall

"Support came through despite my bad timing"
I had a small issue with my order and reached out to Mpow, not expecting much because my timing was probably the worst. I messaged them right when I was already in a rush, so of course that’s when the problem showed up.

To their credit, they replied quickly and didn’t make it a whole complicated thing. The person was friendly, got it sorted without a ton of back and forth, and it was just nice dealing with a company that answers like actual normal people.
